Seven words that can change everything in an instant 🌸🐝

Dear beautiful community

Before the main article...

Next week is the last chance to join the last cohort of the Dragonfly Collective,

There will be no more additional cohorts. In 2025, I shift towards inspiring leaders one:one and igniting teams.

My dad would never turn someone away because of money, so if you are paying out of your own pocket, let's talk.

There's some questions at the end of this email, to show the power of the conversations we have.

It's all about courage, clarity, impact and energy.

If you want to join the collective, let's have a chat next week - https://calendly.com/mo-belonging-people/connect

Seven words that can change everything

These words...

Interrupt patterns

Create safety

Reduce stress

Move away from the energy of chaos

Reduce anxiety

Allow for slow and fast thinking

Reduce tension

Allow for stillness

Create connection

Stop me and you from saying something I/you regret

Allow for the better solution to come out.

Cultivate talanoa energy

Allows for neurodiverse thinking

What are these seven words you ask?

"Can you give me five minutes to..?"

or

"Can we take five minutes out to....?"

Those who I have held one:one and group sessions will spot that I use various versions of this in a somatic way.

Did you know?

The biggest negative manifestation of neurodiversity and atypical thinking is anxiety.

More often than not the best ideas are trapped inside an anxious mind.

Can you take five minutes to answer these questions?

- Can you try the seven words in your own way?

- And also...

- When did you last rush something and regret it?

- What ways are you cultivating a slow down for yourself or others?

- How do you accommodate for neurodiverse thinking to get the best out of the team?

Let's chat about any of these questions sometime - https://calendly.com/mo-belonging-people/connect

Powerful questions to unlock your impact

We are in a period of history that feels like a wave of contracting resources, dubious values and increasing challenges.

Here's something I believe.

You cannot be both angry and show compassion at the same time.

So.

- What's the biggest elephant in the room that you can call-in with compassion, rather than call-out with frustration?

- What's the biggest sized problem you can show compassion to? (This is the level of your goal and vision).

If these questions stimulate your thoughts or an emotion (doesn't matter if you agree) - the Dragonfly Collective is for you.
